1. Processing & Shipping Times

We ship only within The United States from New Jersey.

We ship all plants on Mondays/Tuesdays to avoid your plant being stuck at the post office over the weekend. ​If your plant was purchased on a Monday before 3pm, we will try to have it shipped out the same day or the following Tuesday. ​It can take up to 3-7 business days to process an order.​

2. Shipping Methods

We ship only within The United States from Texas.

Plant orders only will be shipped on Monday and Tuesdays. We ship all orders through USPS Ground, unless otherwise requested.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made BEFORE the item has been shipped. We ship plants every Monday & Tuesday. All non-plant items ship everyday except Saturday and Sunday. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped out.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

4. Winter Policy

At this time we don't offer any form of winter packaging. Customers must account for the weather conditions in their area.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on plants. We do not assume any responsibility for damages or delays that occur during shipping. Every plant is packaged with care, however there is always a risk of lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Remember, plants become stressed during shipping. Message us with any questions about how to care for and acclimate you plant.
